实现：

1)common包的Excel类添加参数，这样为了加到注解配置当中去，合并列还没写

 2）使用方法，导出的实体加上参数，只加导出的主列就行，比如这个意思就是，根据orderNo字段相同的行进行合并，合并第1/7/8行

 Controller方法里还是正常用法

 3）添加文件，也可直接进行修改ExcelUtil文件，建议直接创建这个新文件

 ExcelMerge代码（关键代码在这个方法里 addCell ）
